Processing Time All items are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Rates
- Lightweight items (keychains, ornaments, small wood pieces): $4.99
- Small flat rate envelope or box: $9.99
- Medium flat rate box(top or side loading): $15.99
- Large flat rate box: $21.99
- Express shipping: $30.00
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more
- Orders containing items from different product categories may ship in separate packages and incur separate shipping charges.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll do our best to help resolve any issues. Contact us at hello@kandkcustomcreations.com if your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe.
